1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Soára's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

3. Shipping and returns

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Free shipping is available on orders over $60; a $6 flat rate applies to continental U.S. orders under $60.

Bundle offers (2 full-size perfumes for $75, 3 for $99) are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Intellectual property and fragrance references

All fragrances sold by SOÁRA are the result of our own formulations, developed independently by our perfumers. The fragrances referenced on this site are named solely as a point of reference to help customers identify scent profiles they may enjoy. SOÁRA is not associated, affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or connected in any way with the brands or products referenced, and no such relationship is implied. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive comparison only.

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of Soára and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Product descriptions are for informational purposes only. Soára fragrances are inspired by well-known scents but are not produced by the original brands.
