Shipping
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $60.
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $6 on continental U.S. orders under $60, 2–5 business days.
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $60+ — and on every bundle order (2 for $75, 3 for $99).
- Express U.S. shipping: $14, 1–2 business days.
- We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email.
Returns
30 days to change your mind.
- Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened fragrances are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — try the Discovery Set first if you're unsure.
- Return shipping is on us for U.S. orders.
- Damaged in transit? Email hello@soarabeauty.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
